Let's just leave it as it is. I have to work a concert that night at my church (Crowder!). I'll likely come early that day and set up my stuff and come back with my son late that night or very early the next morning. I'll get at least one night in if not two (maybe more like 1 and a half). It's all good. What would life be without a little complication from time to time. It's no hill for a stepper.

    Hang on dudes!

I am good to go on that date. I should be there middle of the afternoon on Friday. Do we have a specific area reserved for us? Do we have a group discount on fees?

Crowder is awesome. You could always invite him to come on down too...

UPDATE: There are two areas for camping purposes at this location. First is the Richardson Creek group site and overflow which is a primitive site area numbering 22 sites with a nightly fee of $7/night. The second is deeper in the area and has access to a pavillion, fire ring, cook area and bath houses, the sites number 22 also and are developed meaning there is water and electric at each carrying a fee of $20/night.

That being said, what direction would you all prefer to go. I can and will pay for the group site with access to the covered pavilion, fire ring, cook area and bath houses. Issue is this area is just under a mile from the primitive site location. I can't/won't force $20 a night on anyone. I can reserve the group site in advance but the individual pads both in the developed and primitive areas are first come first serve. I'll be going down early Friday so I'm willing to stake out claims as best possible but payment will need to be made at that time. Our odds are very strong to get what you like at either location.

So let your voice be heard and quickly. A soundly stated vote of primitive or developed will do and consensus will rule. Abstaining votes will be thrown to the majority of stated votes. I have plenty of time to reserve the group site if that's where we end up but would be nice to have a direction by the end of this week (10/3) but certainly but the end of next (10/10).

    GO!

I'm cool with the $20 per night location. Sounds better for a group hang.

Let me ask this though, can more than one person hang at each site, that is to say, can 2 people get 1 site and split the fee?

That is a distinct possibility in many cases. The sites I looked at previously, most had enough trees, proper distance to handle 2 - 3 hangers. In that case, you got a split opportunity. Some only had the option for one. Again it will be catch as catch can and you can not reserve the individual sites, only the group area. I snore like a freight train so you'll likely want to be the other side of the county from where I string up.

The developed sites are fine with me too.
