This is such sad news to get. Chuck was the first person I met when I showed up early on Fri back in 2011 at the first hang.
He and I camped in same area and spent some time visiting. He was a unique guy and had some great stories. I was looking forward
after 4 years of seeing him again. He so loved riding on two wheels. May you rest in peace Chuck.

I need some help. In memory of Chuck I have been scouring the FH threads for a good photo for the FHV. An 8x10 and I have the frame. Thought about L.D.Cakes photo but it would have to be cropped and it just doesn't have quite that bit of scrufftiness I always associated with Chuck.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.
I think the photo stormcrow loaded with him on his bike is a great one. That smile really captured him and his love of people and life.

Hoping everyone has a wonderful Christmas Day. I got most of my new gear back in June when Timberrr and I upgraded our setups, but I did get a dehydrator from Timberrr that I'm really excited about. The flank steak is defrosting now so I can make some jerky for our outing next week!
