Thanks Rat! As Humer91 said, it looks like we are set for getting to the hang. My flight has been confirmed and I'll arrive in San Antonio by 1 PM. Now, it may be possible to hitch a ride back to Austin from the hang on our way back. We can discuss that soon. I'm just excited to finally make the Texas hang! So glad we were able to make things work out AND save your boss some money flying into SA. I am so looking forward to this group hang i have been going through my gear every day and today when the ER was slow i spliced some continuous loops.

You know, I'm happy to sign books, so please bring them; it's not a problem. I'm planning on bringing a few copies that we can raffle off too. What might be more interesting is for me to bring a hammock or two that the group might like to see. I'm currently testing the Draumr hammock from Amok, the Nubé shelter, or maybe the new ENO Jungle Nest? The Clark Vertex is interesting or even the 3-person hammock from Tensile. Some folks might already be bringing some of these, but if there is a hammock you'd like me to bring, I could fit one or two in my luggage. I'm sure there will be plenty of gathered end hammocks, warbonnets, and other cottage gear, but if there is something you'd like to see, let me know. I'd be happy to demo any new tips from my upcoming book too.
