    New Hanger Here

    Howdie Hangers,

I am Papajos and been "hanging" for about a week now. Have always camped in a tent or tarp or sometimes just on the ground but not anymore!

After around 50 years of hard labor and many adventures my back lets me know when I abuse it. But NOW my back loves my new ENO doublenest. I have NEVER slept better or longer than I have in this rig. Back pain is almost nonexistent these days and I can thank the hammock for that. Still learning hang height, tension and so on but so far so good. Am in the process of upgrading my poly tarp to a Hennessy Hex (should arrive any day now), and am enjoying laughing at the skeeters inside my ENO bug net.

Wish I'd taken up this mode of sleeping before but better late than never. Take care.

    Papajos

welcome from pittsburgh. i know the feeling with the back problems. i've been working in EMS for 9 years now.. so i definitely can relate to the back screaming at you when you aren't so careful. honestly, i've not had a single back, neck, OR shoulder problem/discomfort since i started hanging for camping. good luck and most importantly, enjoy!
