    Jealous of your roaster. Mines a rewired bread machine (just turns the paddle, no heat) + a heat gun (that burns out every 6-9 months). It does 1 lb fairly well in 15-20 minutes.

    I started with a hot air popcorn popper then an I-Roast-2 for 3 years. Now I'm cranking out 15 lbs at a time, miss the old days of just doing small batches.

    I live 30 miles south of our camp site, but it is nearly peak right now. Maples are 25-50% red at the moment.
