The Alpine Hammock Redesign KickStarter campaign

I know some (all?) of you do not like this. I was hesitated at first. I have two of the originals and actually do not have a need for a new version. And this is not the type of the KickStarter I personally like - feels like a begging of money which normally is done over bank counter from the bank manager.

If you have a sound company with good business idea why not to get money through normal channels: saving, loaning and asking from investors. Best of KickStarter products are so out of this planet nobody will lend money for them even if the product is good and needed - at least I think that is the biggest reason for KickStarter to be there in the first place. But this is just a redesign that should have not be need if the Alpine hammock would have been made right at the first round.

But on the other hand. Maybe my Alpine hammocks will eventually wear and tear and I will need a new one. There is no similar product at the market and I think there should be. Product is excellent and the new version will be even better. And maybe boys have learned some lessons from the first campaign.

So I will again be a proud supporter and hope at least some of you will see the greatness of this products idea.

Give them money - Every dollar counts!

These are the reasons I like the Alpine hammock. And there is no other hammock which could replace it.

There is no way I could keep any other hammock in my garden. There is no room for tarp. And when the rain comes the Alpine hammock is the only one I will trust to keep my sleeping gear dry day after day. The cover keeps also trash from the trees, road dust and insects away. Road dust/city dust would get in if only using bug netting.

And the another thing I like is the view. When there is no need to lurk under tarp and no ridge line in my way I get - Perfect views!

I did "plant" my own tree by using screw-in-pillar to which I did bolt the tree truck to.

The Alpine hammock is also my most comfortable hammock - even if there is no diagonal lay and even if the bottom material does not breathe. And as You see it is not only good for extreme athletes but excellent for garden hanging also!

So as I said, Give Them Your money! (I will give mine after my pay check comes.)

Last chance to support! Only hours left!

The new support system makes the Alpine hammock better in ground and bug-shelter use.

Did anyone notice in the Vid that they use Dutchware gear on their hammock?

They specifically mentioned it in the video on the main page. In fact they claimed to be partnered with your company in some fashion.

    Cheers
