GREAT JOB! I can't wait to get mine started.

I've been struggling with this for the past day, and can't seem to get an answer.

The baffle material goes all the way to the raw edge of the inner shell material. Once both inner and outer shells are attached to the baffles, the baffle is included in the fold/hemmed, which closes up the channels completely?

    Thanks!

    OH NOOOO!!!!!

My wife has found out I can now sew and is having me make my kids' pants into shorts for the summer as well as reattaching torn bra straps.... No one warned me of this!

I'm working on adding an attachable foot pad by using the existing snaps on my quilt. I'll post a new thread with pics soon to get everyone's feedback!

So far it seems like it will work really well!

If anyone else is going to give it a try, heads up, snaps rip foam really easily. I'm thinking a sleeve for the pad with grosgrain edges to attach the snaps to will work much better.

Izraelius - that's a great looking quilt! Roughly how much did the supplies cost?

Materials were about $110 but I had to spend a little more since I didn't have basic materials such as needles and pins and such as it was my first project.

Really nice job! a top quilt is next on my list. This is encouraging, it being your first project and all.
After I finished sewing bug nets on my kids' hammocks my wife went through her closet looking for pants for me to hem.

Is your inside material longer than you outside material?

Yes. One side will need to be longer so that you have enough material to complete the end baffle.
