First solo AND a video?! Impressive on both accounts.
I hear you about arriving early & figuring out what to do with the rest of your day. Little different when you are by yourself. Some folks don't like taking their smart phone, but that's a time when mine comes in handy. i download podcasts, audiobooks, Kindle books, etc to pass away the time.

Anyhoo.. great job getting out there.

Great trip, pretty hot and dry here. Nice to see the rocks, streams and mountains.

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry, couldn't resist. Glad you had a great time!

Very nice. Now however you are addicted. Solo is awesome. While hiking with others is great most of the time, solo is a bit different and more introspective. Great video!

Color me jealous. I am stuck here at work and you are out relaxing in the mountains. Great job.

+1, Poof! I soloed overnight for the first time this summer as well. It is very freeing. And I am so glad you didn't cook. Well done, awesome you!
