This is an older model Patagonia wind/rain pullover. It is used but well taken care of. I used this until I was able to find a Patagonia Houdini in xxl. It packs inside its own mesh pocket to the size of Nalgene bottle. Good for light rain, but not a down pour. Wind proof to help retain heat. Comes from a smoke free, pet free home.

What's the difference between this and the Houdini?
The Houdini is a lightweight ripstop nylon with a DWR coating on the outside. It packs to 1/3 the size of the above listed jacket. I am reducing my pack size to 35L and any space savings counts. The above jacket is a nylon outer shell, with a poly coating on the inside.
