DL hammock with different weight fabrics; good idea?

I'm pretty sure this has been done but didn't really find the answer.....I already have 4 yards of 1.1 DWR fabric, and I was thinking, if I pair it up with 4 yards of 1.6 uncoated for a DL hammock, would it be okay or do they have different stretch ratios? I see on Dream Hammock's chart that 1.1 single is up to 200 pounds, and 1.6 single is up to 225 pounds, so theoretically, 1.1+1.6 should be good up to 300-330 pounds? And it will still be much lighter than my 5.0 single layer......

I'm actually planning on doing the exact same for a few gift hammocks- 1.6 inside, 1.1 outside
A heavy outside fabric, basically to hold the pad, seems like a waste. And a light inside sometimes seems to stretch TOO much.

I made dl with 0.5oz and 1oz fabric, it turned out well. I used the 0.5oz on the inside because it was softer and more luxurious but when turned the other way it felt the same.
