Hey thanks for the ideas and welcomes, everyone. I think you guys have hit the nail on the head. I remember going out last summer and sweating like crazy when I went to sleep but waking up in the middle of the night with a bit of a chill. Hikerdelita, I think the idea of using the poncho may be the best bet. Been doing some research and have found that it seems to work in our neck of the woods.
