    TN>Clinch River TN ~ July 25, 26, 27 ~ paddle and hang

MedicineMan and I, (and hopefully TwoTrees ) are planning a weekend of kayaking down the Clinch River. Right now, the plan is to drive up Thursday night on the 25th and get a morning shuttle on Friday the 26th.

Anyone else interested in joining us? Details to be determined...

Can't miss this one. I've wanted to explore the Clynch for years. This should be a relaxed/lazy paddle compared to the LBL trip. I'd expect plenty of boat scraping shoals and lots of wildlife. Might even be a time to drag Tenkara line behind the boat.
I think TwoTrees has specific knowledge of the Clynche's distances, put-in's, etc. Maybe he'll chime in when he gets through with his AT section hike.

I saw that title and immediately read it as Clinch Mountain and then couldn't help but wonder if there would be any Sacketts coming along.

Sorry for the tangent. Sounds like a fun trip.

I am definitely thinking about it so I will keep watching this thread. All of my yaks do have dust on them
