I'm relatively new to the area and I'm looking forward to backpacking along the Superior Hiking trail the weekend of 6/21/14. I can leave St. Paul around 3pm on Friday, 6/20 and I need to be back on Sunday night, 6/22. I might be able to leave on Thursday.
Given the above time constraints:

would if I didn't workOn a side note, you might consider joining the Midwest Backpackers group on Facebook (if you use it). It's a pretty active group with a lot of hammockers from the area. Thanks. Already a member of that group and already posted something - thanks for putting that group together - great resource. I wish I could make the upcoming trip. Let's keep in touch for some quick trips which seem to more attainable for us mortals. Afton, Governor Knowles, etc... Have a great trip.
Looking like Caribou Wayside north to Temperance River State Park. I'll be taking three nights to mosey with very easy 7(ish) mile days. Planning on catching the southbound shuttle on Thursday. Hit me up if this sounds good....sure does to me!
