I finally purchased a HammockGear TQ! The Burrow 40, with another ounce of GGD. Igot tired of my Trekker Zero sleeping bag, that made sleeping soundly a chore! When you compare money for cheap, over quality, take quality, if possible. I'm excited because this TQ will be only an asset in so many ways, one of which is REDUCING space taken up in my backpack, as well as my saddlebags for my long distance bicycle adventures. I would advise, if at all possible, buy quality.

Forget the box, just think outside!
What's everyone's experience with TQs for 3 season camping? I have a Burrow 40 and have been very happy with it but it's really for summer for me...I need something more to cover spring and fall. Rather than YAPG (Yet Another Piece of Gear), what is your experience with layering with TQs? Am I better off with TWO 40 Burrows (that way someone else can of in the summer) or should I stick with the 40 and get a deep chill one?

I found UGQ to be pretty reasonable I spent about $230 on 40* full length UQ and $255 for a 30* TQ both with over stuff. I did this because i tend sleep pretty hot. Found i can get 30* out of 40* quilt. So you'll be looking at around that from anywhere
+1 on UGQ. I think they are the best value. I have a Flight jacket 20 and love it.
