Lightbulb Which end of the Whoopie Sling is it???

After another of those "one more time" events with setting up my hammock late in the evening only to find the head opposite where I wanted it I decided to come up with a second method. I have colored Whoopies on one hammock to define head / foot and the other hammocks have grey Whoopies. In last Fridays case, the grey Whoopies were involved and again head was in the wrong direction!

This will work for me regardless of the color Whoopies, I had some various sizes of shrink wrap tubing from an electronic store handy and cut them to about a 1 inch piece and shrunk them on the HEAD end of the Whoopies. Any color will do as long as you have the tubing on you will know just by feel which sling is the right one. I've tried to attach a photo to this post, but this "new" site format is so different from a year ago, it may not work.

Dutch whoopie hooks make it a very easy switch.

Good idea! A nice light weight solution you can feel in the dark.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

I have my cinch buckle attachments color-coded for this very reason; red for "head", blue for "shoe"
