I'm very interested in your stand, which I saw a long time ago. I'm looking for something like this: not too big, light and easy to transport.
When can I buy such a frame and what could it cost?

This isn't dead. Just had some life things get in the way.
The stand does work perfectly for my needs and that's why it's the way it is. I have had several requests from different people to modify it for their needs. Wasn't as much interest for it as it is.
I may publish the main bits for other people to make it for their own needs. Many wanted the poles in shorter sections or made from different materials.
Winter has the most free time for me. So it will be a month or two before I re-visit this.

Count me as one that would be interested in one or two as is. It's beautiful and could easily fit in the back of my truck. Glad to see some recent posts brought this to my attention as it's about the best build I've seen.

ETA - Oh and I'm perfectly happy making my own carry bag.

Read the entire thread looking for ordering info. Functional and great looks are a great combo for a product. Glad to see you are still considering selling these stands. I would be interested in a set that packs down to 48" to fit in my kayak and on my motorcycle. Small manufacturing process for multiple configurations would be a PIA. Maybe you could pick the most popular and get a deposit from those that are really interested and then make a run of 20 or 30 sets. I am sure once that once the first few sets are in the hands of the public, there will be an increased demand once friends and family see them.
