I would think that it would not Have the same rating as the inner strands have been removed and they each play into the strength. I think I may have read this on the site as well.

Hahahaha I can only imagine a disaster where someone uses this to make an emergency prussik to rappel down a cliff or something.... and all of a sudden the rope combusts due to friction.
Climb safely people. Don't use [this] paracord [for climbing].
