Warbonnet Ridgerunner in St. Paul, MN?

Not sure if this is the best place for this request but it seems logical.

My interest in the Warbonnet RidgeRunner is at a tipping point. Are there any owners in the St. Paul, MN area that would be kind enough to let me check out their Ridgerunner in their backyard? I've read enough about the workmanship to know that it is a quality product...I'd just like to see how it feels before purchasing. Serious bonus points if you own a Warbonnet Superfly as well.

You will be handsomely compensated with a craft beer and much gratitude.

    Thanks!

I'm nowhere near you but you are welcome to try mine. Seriously, I hope a good hanger in the area responds to you, these hammocks are really comfortable. That said, it lays a lot different than a gathered end hammock, and some have found that it put them off a bit. For myself I sleep well in it, my OXGear gathered end, and my Clark NX250. I find them all different and all good. I hammock sleep every night and it is nice to change hammocks every week or so.
If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.

I'm about 45 mins outside Minneapolis. I could meet you at Afton State Park or something whenever you want and you can check mine out... even buy it if you want I'm going to be selling mine and going the DIY route instead.

Just get it! You won't regret it. Also the super fly will not cover the suspention of the WBRR. You need at least a 12' ridge line. My Wilderness Logics old man winter tarp with the 12' ridge line fits perfect, and it has doors.

I also opted for the spindrift, which is the custom sock for the bridge hammock. A must have for winter camping.
It will condensate inside if not properly ventilated.

Brandon at warbonet has done all the R&D . This is quality at its best. Diy is ok for some things, but not bridge hammocks.

    Good luck! Bryan from Indy.

    Some would disagree.

I love my WBRR, but I sleep every night in my DIY bridge because of increased comfort.

You're right about "Just get it!" though. It is a very well thought out and executed system and I will never go to the trouble of attempting to DIY the entire system.

Last I heard, Brandon has a 60 day return policy that lets you try one out and only be out the shipping at worst. They also resell very well.
