The OP is through hanging, so why would he care about HF rules?
I agree that both the seller and the buyer showed no respect for the specific rules on this forum. Let them have their gear deal, also let them go elsewhere to buy and sell in the future. They have both shown that their private deal is more important to both of them, than HF is.
