    Dumb UQ question

I just got my first Incubator 20. Or first UQ for that matter. When hanging it do I connect the shock cord that goes down the side also to the s-biner?

Yes, both suspensions go through the S-Biner and clip onto the hammock suspension.

Also since it's your first UQ, you may think it looks too tight. It's probably not; it will actually hold the hammock up until you get in.

I think just about every UQ maker in the forum is great about helping you fit your UQ so if the tips do not work out, try contacting the supplier. I have not ordered from them but I've heard great things about their customer service. Just be patient when you try to contact them. Most of the cottage vendors have a small staff and a million things going on at once. They are in it for the quality, both product and service.
Happy Trails to one and all.
