Still having problems with finding the enlarged pic attachment. Yesterday i could not bring the pic up at all,,so could not exit. Tried to click back but it just stayed in some loop. Decided to exit HF all together and reconnect . HF could not be found at that point by my browser. Tried numerous times,,,nada. Shut down computer overnight and could connect today. This is a nuisance.

Donna here...we were having issues also...starting last night...try rebooting the router...worked for us.

I didn't get a chance last night to reboot the router and will do that this evening. What I don't understand is that I have Comcast internet at home and work but getting on HF only works when I am at work. Hoping rebooting the router works

I am going to make some changes to the firewall today which should have a positive affect for some folks who have had trouble connecting. Looking at the logs I see what are likely some false positives. Technical babel meaning the server thought it was under attack. When the server thinks someone is trying to break in it blocks all traffic from its attacker.
