MO - Ozark Trail - March 23-25

I'm new to this site, but hopefully you all have some good advice.

I'm planning on going for a 3 day hang starting next Sunday (March 23rd) on the Ozark Trail.
I'm looking for some good trail suggestions, between 20 and 30 miles would be a good range and I'm thinking I want to include Taum Sauk.
Suggestions?

Also, anyone been out there lately? How's the weather?
