on the drive up check out these: http://www.ask.com/wiki/Timberline_T...=2800&qsrc=999 http://www.ask.com/wiki/Dog_Mountain?o=2800&qsrc=999 i did dog mountain last weekend, a little to early so there was a few inches of ICE on the trail. the veiws of the gorge were still awesome.
i did some of the timberline last summer, you will not be disapointed!
will you bring the wolf on the pnt?

I might actually be out at Ross Lake, WA around August. Are you going to go by Mirror Lake, WA too?

Thank you Yoda. If you have Facebook then please go and "like" my page as I will be posting updates on there while I'm gone. Also, I will be carrying a SPOT tracker and you can count on there being plenty of photos and videos.

So I'm just off the Hood Canal a bit southwest of port Townsend. Should be close enough to coordinate a meet, meal and maybe a mile! Looking forward to your updates.

I may be in Portland on my way to Glacier actually. Pockets most likely will be deploying in June and I think I might be driving to Portland to meet with a friend if he has the time and have him drive me to Glacier. Then he drives my car back to Portland and then that's how I get my ride when I'm done with the walk. lol

Well, for sure, if you are in Portland let me know. I'm sure we can get some local hangers to come out for a drink or two.

I am planning a North Cascades trip for sometime this summer too. And hoping to trail angel for some PCTers as well.

Well dang, I was just watching the last video of your Superior thru with your cousin while reading the Wikipedia about the Pacific Northwest Trail...and then saw this post! Looking forward to the follow up vids, they keep me from going crazy while sitting in an office all day!
