    I pulled the trigger on a Double some time ago and have used it several times now, though not with a pad. It IS a lot of material and wraps around you rather nicely. Of course, I was out in cool weather, not cold. I made a ridgeline for mine, out of parachute cord (550) and it helped a lot with getting the right sag.
    As much as I do like my TTTMs I just moved to a Hammeck Breezy 11footer in marpat. I am thinking that the 11 foot length with 64 inch width will allow me a better lay and it is double layer.

    i use a tttm hammock. i find totaly more commfotable than eno style hammocks
