I'll be fireside pizza crafting again this year. No bushes are harmed in the creation of these pies. I'm preparing dough made from spent barley and wheat malts from brewing beer which has been drained into a sweet nectar. I use the nectar to mix with flour and water and have a naturally cultured sour dough that I use now instead of packaged yeast. I am on my 4th iteration of completely homemade pizza sauce as well. The remaining spent grains get turned into delicious dog treats. I'm not bringing those though, you guys get to hungry after the fire threatens to cool down, and then my dog would be without.
I'll be sitting to the left of gathered_stones, as close as possible.
I was on the other side of the fire pit last fall.......and still got a couple pieces. Now THAT was amazing pizza!

That pizza was amazing . I'm afraid I had more then my fair share . Sorry no bean stew this time . The load on the travois was a bit much . I'll try making my little blue berry biscuits again for breakfast with my packable reflector oven .
Hopefully there will be ramps and trout lillys around and I can make my wilted greens bacon and wild edible stew .
Of course any who wish to try it may do so after they fill out a little sheet that says " I ........ Hold harmless riverjoe for any errors that may have ocurred during the gathering and identifying of the wild edibles in the construction of this stew ."
Mule i think its interesting that your learning how to play the didgeridoo to help with your sleep apnea. I used to have and played one back in the 90's when i was playing percussion in a jam band. Dont know what happened to it though. But i do still have a gym bag full of hand percussion insterments but all my drums are gone. And used to play the mandolin to.
I haven't looked through the whole thread... But are there directions to this hang... First timer
