Make it work in 2 colors first, white background, single color foreground and the reverse, and transparent background. Once you are satisfied, Fiddle with colors. You WILL be in a situation where your logo will be in b&w, guaranteed. You will also find that single color printing is going to be WAAAY less and when the pennies need to be pinched you will be glad you planned for it.
