Good news! I'm sick today!

Yep, that means it should all be out of my system and I should be screaming to go next weekend!

Yeah, weather looks 'interesting' for this weekend...wouldn't be surprised if it stays cold enough we still have snow on the ground for next weekend.

Kinda glad we're not going out now...the recent trip that Hoot and I took showed me I have some "adjustment issues" I need to work out with my underquilt, and the case of frostburn I managed to get on my foot let me know that I need to learn how to use a topquilt when I toss and turn a lot.

I'm ok with going out with temps in the upper teens/lower 20s.

Will be prepping some food to bring out with me over this weekend. Vik...any idea on who all might attend from BCUSA? Brian coming?

I haven't heard back from any of the BCUSA folks.

on the plus side, the current forecast doesn't sound bad -- chance of damp Friday night but 50 on Saturday and 56 on Sunday after waking up to a light frost.

So, how we looking, folks? Weasel MIGHT end up having to work if he gets his new job this week...but as of the moment he's still a go.

I'm gonna be out there.

Weather is looking pretty good. Friday 50/27, Sat 40/22, Sun hi of 50 again.

Time to get out there and get some woods time, even if it is car camping.

Trailboss and I are still planning on attending. If all goes well ilI hope to test out some tarp/suspension mods Hoot is working on my Clark to lighten things up a bit.

And hey! Since I'm gonna be so light and this is a car camp anyone mind if I bring my chainsaw?
