    I can understand that. So your "ridge line" comes off of the netting tie point in the netting? Not from the suspension thru the netting?

    Not from the suspension. There are 2 tie out points inside the netting, right by where you're putting your arrow shafts, that you can attach your zingit. A ridge line, just not structural.

    Tonight I'll try a closed cell pad with a windscreen reflector. But I have been using a jury rigged sleeping bag on my other hammock as a uq.

    It's probably great for pads, but I wouldn't know. I've never used them in it. I mainly bought this hammock for the waterproof bottom layer. Great in heavy rain.
