If you really have to deal with lots of rain checkout Warbonnet Superfly
They are not 12' but with the doors you might not need a 12 footer.

Wilderness Logics makes some great tarps. Old Man Winter tarp is a nice one that you can get in a 12 RL

Just go buy you a guide gear 12x12 tarp which has plent of pull outs, etc - which will suffice your request for a 12' tarp. You can find them on sale most of the time, with discount codes too.

You don't need perfection yet - just trial and error and time. It is a tarp, dont over analyze it or spend more time researching (cost of time) on a simple choice.

Wow, great deal!!!!(too bad i dont need one!)
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

    Many thanks.
After too much deliberation I happily took up Mrprez's generous offer and will be getting a large winter tarp with doors.
    Thanks again!
