Are you looking at doing any DIY gear? How do you plan on using your hammock? Is it more of a lounger or a hiking hammock?

There are a few options that you have depending on your use.

    Getting started

Before buying DIY supplies I would do a lot of research. It would certainly be lame if your gear didn't work when you were out on a multi day hike.

I would suggest looking at diygearsupply.com. You will find some guides and all the materials.

It may be worth spending the extra money and getting some beginner products so you can get a hang of it.

Remember to think about suspension, bugs, installation, and weather.

I got a hennessey i would sell. It is a older model with a small raintarp. I would let it go for 60 with shipping. It is the bottom entry.

Can't go wrong with the Hennessey. That's how I started this adventure.

    Killer deal.

My first hammock was a Hennessey. Good hammock.
