SOLD: Grand Trunk Double hammock

For sale is my Grand Trunk double in grey/crimson. Dimensions are 126" by 66" with a 400lbs weight rating. Here is a link to the product description. It was converted to gathered end and has attached whoopie slings and an adjustable structural ridge line. The whoopie's are 5.25' max length each, and are black and green in color to distinguish between head and foot end. The SRL is made of yellow Zing-It, and is adjustable from 90' to 110'. The hammock is like new and was only ever used indoors in a smoke and pet free home.

Do the mods you made affect that capacity? I am not 400, but am very familiar with 300

I weigh in at 275, and have had my 2 yr old son "jump" in and he is 30lbs. I don't know if it has affected the top number of 400lbs, but it has been tested at 300. I made the burry of the whoopiesling longer to 10" for a little extra holding power. The whoopieslings themselves are made from 7/64 amsteel.

Just a bump to help the seller and buyers - One of my many hammocks is a Trek Light Double - VERY similiar to the GT Double. I have had enough people in my TLD to go into the 300's with no problems. Adding the whoopie slings will only add to the strength of the suspension (has nothing to to with the retention of the fabric).
