    Nice work! I decided to cinch mine and use snaps. I like the adjustability of the cinch end. I can vent it of i get too hot, it is amazing how much I can cool myself off just by letting some air get to my feet. The snaps I used look great and work really well as well. You did a great job on that!

    Thanks - I'm happy with it. I like the ability to open it up as well...

    Uh, what kind of snaps and how far apart? I read that the plastic ones unsnap too easily, but the metal ones are too heavy. I am thinking about sewing shoelace pieces and tying 'em when needed, or maybe sewing a couple of paracord loops with opposing mitten hooks, etc. But I really have no idea....

    I used KAM snaps from http://www.kamsnaps.com/?gclid=CPm74...Few7MgodrzwA3w. They work really well and if set correctly, they do not come apart. In fact, they are actually pretty strong....
