    TQ-Which side out/in?

Got my materials from DIY Gear Supply for my down TQ. I bought the 1.1 black rip stop nylon. The site says it's DWR. I have the two pieces cut out and I'm ready to mark for baffles. My question is which side goes in or out, shiny or dull? Does it even matter?

I always thought it was pretty much personal preference.

Shiny side is often so because it is calendared, which closes pores. That may be the difference between down proofness and the opposite.
