Where do you get down?

I'd be interested. I'm cool with 750fp, your talking marginally more down for a quilt and the cost savings can be quite a bit.

If we could find out our options would be good, 750 or 850, I'd probably take a pound.

What would it cost for you to break it down and ship to us?

I'd be in on a just over a pound of 850fp (minimum). If there's a bagging maestro to chop it up into single ounces, I'm sure we could kick him/her a few bucks for the effort.

I am in the market for between 1 and 2 lbs of down myself. The above link has it dw treated also. Does the other place offer it. There is only a couple of ounces between 750 and 850.

I'm not sold on the treated down. Outdoor gear lab has some videos of jackets with it. Seems to clump much faster than plain down. I don't know if the coating attracts dirt or what.

Anyway if someone wants to work up some prices, I think that is the starting point.
