FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

His prices and shipping cost are very reasonable along with great service.
His prices are pretty good but I don't know about the shipping part, 12.00 shipping on a few rolls of thread seemed a little high to me,
just my .02
I think many of the online sites have a computer generated shipping costs. Everytime I have ordered from DIY Gear Supply, I have been refunded part of the shipping cost. I assume this is due to his being able to actually ship items for less than what the website calculates.

I too have been refunded shipping cost when it comes time for him to put it in the mail. I'm very happy with their service!
I've ordered four times from Scott and never paid more than $11 and one purchase was a fairly good sized one. You can calculate your shipping at the end (very reasonable).
Please please run the shipping calculator to find out the actual shipping costs. The $12 Shipping Price Cap that is shown there is available as a savings option when the real price quote from USPS comes in higher. We just eat the extra shipping costs in that case. For smaller orders, shipping is usually quite a bit lower.
Also - yes, we are running a CYBER MONDAY sale. I'm going to start a fresh thread for that now.
