    BushSmarts Trail Hammock & Tarps

Any opinions on the new hammock setup from BushSmarts? (Full disclosure - one of the owners is a friend of mine, though I have no affiliation with the store.) Not an ultralight setup, but I don't think I've seen a full zip-out bug net before. Great to see new designs hitting the market.

Or existing designs hitting the market.
They contacted me back in February about my hammock designs. I see they found what they were looking for.

My 2QZQ zipper mod on my Switchback does not allow the net to be removed just tucked in a peakbag. Maybe they offer removal option now.

Good point. I was just referring having the net fully "retracted" if you will. Being tucked in to a peak bag is pretty much a full zip out to me and the hammock's bugnet in the OP's link looks like it is still attached and stuffed into a stuff sack.

It wasn't that long ago that there was just Speer and HH.

I welcome new vendors, maybe not this one I don't know yet, as long as they bring new ideas and innovation.
WBBB, Switchback, Snipe, Dangerbird, Buttinasling WW all brought new ideas and innovation to our hammock hobby.
I am sure I missed a few. Where would be be with out these guys.

Not even the language on their disclaimer page is original.

It's a direct copy & paste of mine with the names changed.

They did however, find and correct where I had misspelled the word "clearly".
