Honestly, I wish he would get it together too..... I have one of his tarps and love it...... I just don't have the money to throw at the wall and see if it sticks..... It really is a shame......

Wishing alone will not do it, this is a chronic issue, going back several years. If you don't correct a child's bad behavior you are by default condoning it, so you become part of the problem. HF should ban this guy, and maybe that will be the wake up call he needs to get serious. That would be more useful to him in the long run. Otherwise, the forum is an accomplice in his continued bad behavior.

He should close his store, No reason to remove him from HF. He has a lot of gear out there, shutting down his shopping cart would be better.

The best ban would be to not order from him. That works. Its not about whats fair with them. Its about money. It is simple. No orders no money.

We are actually discussing this at the moment.

Sorry to hear about your issues with OES. Good luck with the bank.

Thanks, the bank, Chase, has already issued me a credit, pending their investigation. I guess if they can't get in touch with him either, I should have nothing to worry about... LOL

I agree poor service that some have had with OES, or any vendor for that matter is a rough deal. I wouldn't argue that they should remain supported in any way, or "enabled", but I don't know if removing them from the vendor subforum would be appropriate.
Don't gasp just yet, as I'm in no way defending customer service of this sort, but their thread serves as good warning for any who research their purchases on these forums. The sticky at the top of their forum explains a lot and numerous complaints fill it as well. Had it not been for these warnings, I would have purchased one, or attempted at least.
I'll admit I research things thoroughly, but one look at their subforum should be enough to scare away many. Not all are fortunate enough to find it before hand, but maybe it saves people from waiting even longer once they do discover it.

Vendor subforums are for organizational purposes. The subforum will not be removed.
