Offering shipping to Canada would be great.
One hint:PLEASE don't even consider using anything but USPS (which connects with CanadaPost) for shipping to Canada.
I know that within the USA UPS and FedEx provide good cheap service, but they use the 'cross-border excuse' to add on outrageous handling ('brokerage') charges on top of any taxes owing. BTW, UPS/FedEX don't tell the US shippers about those extra charges in most cases, so the add-ons can be a nasty surprise for all involved.
CanadaPost/USPS 'service charge' for incoming international parcels: Usually nothing, maximum $7.50.
UPS/FedEX international ground: always $35 minimum or 10-15% of shipment value, whichever is more.
USPS Priority Parcel or Priority Flat Rate Boxes are the way to go.
Print up a simple Customs Declaration and slap it on the box, and it is 'good to go'.

Any chance the sil will be at least 8 foot wide? I would love to make a tarp with out seams.

I've seen rolls up roughly 5' wide, do manufactures make an 8' roll of cloth?

That would be nice, but you may be out of luck on that one 😄. This Sil will be 60" wide. I've used stuff that was 65" before and I think it can come a little wider, but 8' is probably a no go.

Have you already done a tarp and had problems or just dreading the stitching? Maybe we can help. Had really good success with the seam we use even without seam sealing.

Just a reminder that we'll be packing up orders tonight after 8 pm if you want to get in on this shipment. Everything will go out first thing in the morning.

Stitching isn't a problem I just think it would be cool to be able to make one without any seams. Less failure points, ya know I have seen a few tarps that were 8'x10' and 9'x9' that didn't have seams but I can't seem (pun intended) to find any sil or even ripstop that wide.

And I'm just lazy so if I can get away with less work that would be nice too.

I know the thread is a few months old but I'm looking at ordering some olive brown sill nylon and there's around 155 yards left. So I have this clear, you will ship once the roll is bought up? Is there a time limit? Don't want to wait weeks for it if no one is buying that particular color. By the way, awesome site and awesome prices.
