Interesting idea of patching a hole in the hammock. Is it a temporary or permanent fix?

Sorry, I just couldn't get through that vid - the soundtrack was too disturbing. Who is that and what the heck is he babbling about? Sounds like some kind of apocalyptic crap.

Turn the sound all the way down first, than hit play and bump the sound up when he starts talking.

Re: Repairing A Hammock w/ Bike Tube Patches & DIY Sleeping Bag Mod

It was a very harsh day full of rough travel in the rain, sleet, and snow in an urban environment littered with debree such as rusty nails, glass, and other sharp objects. Literally piles of gutted abandoned houses. So with that said, yes the video has a dark post apocalyptic feel, but it was filmed just this week. These conditions are reality Thats half of the point of the video. To display even in such harsh conditions the system is set up quick n easy, and the patch can be applied for a permanent or semi permanent fix.

Im new to video editing and still working out the kinks in the audio. Ill adjust the volume of the intro tour now on. The song is by mf doom, and i really liked so deal! The information is there for who is truly interested...

Thanks for taking the time. I would have never thought of the patch kit. I also like the sleeping bag mod.

Thank you! Its a great little trick i learned from cycle touring. Anything with a dual purpose is much more valuable. If the patch starts to peel off just add more glue and itll last quite a while and keep the rip from spreading with a thick enough coat.
