Just finished a set of sleeves (snake skins) for a WL tadpole tarp, and wanted to pass on the size information. I followed the tutorial at:

One small detail about the pockets: When turning the sleeve inside out, do so via the narrow end (the pocket side), otherwise the pockets will end up flapping out, instead of following the contour of the tarp sleeve.
These sizes make sleeves that are easy to slide in and out, but are not too loose.

Now that I have used the sleeves for a while, I would probably make them a bit wider, maybe an inch or two on the wide end, and half an inch on the narrow end. This would probably make the stuffed sleeves less stiff, easier to feed into a stuff sack. I'm actually making a no-seeum double-ended stuff sack, to use instead of the sleeves.
