Got into hammocking when I found this forum actually about 10 days ago wanted to join to get some ideas.i have made two gathered end diy hammocks out of 1.9oz ripstop nylon and a Walmart lightweight one. Trying to go to ocala in January to do this hang I keep hearing about. A little about me i am prior navy. Live in Destin Florida. New to this whole hammock thing but am loving it so far anyone live in nw florida
