Nice article. And it's 27 pages shorter than Doctari's advice on winter hanging from the Mt. Rogers Winter Hang thread!

I was thinking about if it snows this hang. Not one of you four-wheel driving Pineys have a plow you can hook up to yer 4X4? Plow them roads!
A plow would make quick work of creating snofas and lovesleets.
Plow?
Nope.
But we could tie a rope to an old couch and drag it around behind the truck.
If folks ride on the couch, that'd be doin it piney-style.
Somebody could plow Carrenza Rd, but no plow on the sand roads or in camp. Sorry.

===> Well, if driving in to the campsites, try to keep in the tire wipes of the previous vehicle. That will eventually compact the snow enough to make a sort of 'track' like for cross country skiing. Since vehicles have different wheelbases, it will get wide enough for most vehicles, and lead you right into camp! Works pretty well!

If needed, we can use the lot at the memorial.
But there will be enough trucks and towstraps to get everyone in and out.
No worries.
Just ordered a top quilt from UGQ a 0* flight jacket. I am excited to use it at the camp out.
