I essentially have the same setup for my tarp, but I tied the knot directly to the plastic toggle, thus eliminating the need for the S-biner.

You're running a ridgeline on your tarp it looks like, yes? If one were to duplicate your setup but without a ridgeline, that would work too, yes ?

Can you decribe how you tie the treestraps to those two rings that hold the hammock? It looks a lot more neat than the standard rope which comes with the hammock.

I will post some pics of the ring setup and tie off that work for me, of course there are many ways out there.
