I am selling an Enlightened Equipment Epiphany-K Cuben Quilt that I believe Tim is no longer marketing, for whatever reason, but it is one of the best out there. I have only tested it in my house since receiving it from the original owner nearly two months ago.
The quilt can be used as a top quilt or underquilt.
*Edited to add pics of the quilt in "underquilt mode." (Not actual pics of this quilt, but another members epiphany.)
$350 Shipped to the U.S. - International pays actual shipping. (Costed over $500 New)
This is the very same quilt reviewed in this article!!
Dimensions:
"Regular Size" - 50" head x 39" foot x 78" long- will fit avg to large sized adult shorter than 5'10" (although I found the fit to be fine at 6' 180lbs)
Weight:
560g or 19.75 Ounces
Temperature Range:
Compressed: 60-65F to be comfortable - in weather any hotter, It is best just leave it compressed and use it in blanket mode
Full inflated/lofted: 0F - however the Vapor Barrier effect can make you sweat if you are wearing too many clothes, leading to a restless night.
Condition:
Like New - other than one flaw on the integrated "inflation tube" which developed a stretch/snag in the material from using the tube as a stuff sack for the quilt. This was done by the former owner and does not affect functionality: he recommended to not use the tube as a stuff sack. This has been repair with lightweight, waterproof and superbly-adhesive, Tyvek Tape (Shown in attached photograph).
This is the most beautiful quilt I have owned. It is an amazing piece and I am sad to see it go but I only need a quilt for 20f conditions and would like to fund another quilt purchase - this versatile beast could get better use elsewhere.
