This is my first post... how exciting! I have been doing a lot of reading and contacting some of you but I have a question now that I need a general response. I am planning on purchasing a large quantity of 30 Denier Ripstop Coyote Brown Pure Finish 1.1 ounces. I plan to use it to make various things including both a UQ and TQ if possible. The problem I am facing is that from everything I have read it is strongly suggested to use calendered ripstop and the stuff I am buying is not calendered. Is it still possible for me to use this material and successfully make a UQ and TQ that will be "downproof"?
