Thanks for giving the Gigapower stove some air time. This video provided a good comparison with alcohol stoves, in a VERY entertaining way. Thanks for the effort you put into your videos.

    Hey Shug
Love it as usual. I called my wife over a but she gave up after a while. My eldest son watched for a while but my 11 year old daughter stayed with me and watched it through twice. She loved it and we had a good few minutes together and for that I thank you again.

    Keep it up

Yeah, it is easier to pre-prime...

It is a slow stove but easy on fuel. Lightweight and you can re-fill as it is burning .... I consider it sort of a novelty stove. Collectors item.

Shug you da man. As usual you had me cracking up! Thanks for putting the Gigapower on as you know I was looking at getting a canister stove and I have actually narrowed my search to that and the Msr Pocketrocket, but I think I am going to go with the Gigapower since it looks like it would support my pots better. So thank you for the video it helped me out with my decision.

    Shug...
Your boil times and mine are very similar...the BEST quality of the Thing (IMO) is how efficient it is. I burned mine for 45 minutes, boiled 6 cups of water, and used only 2 oz of HEET
If a camper has the time, carrying less fuel to save weight make the Thing a serious consideration for a stove for me to carry...
I'm starting to investigate the wood stoves too...

Thanks for the laughs in the video...June is going to be awesome!
