Friday night, our first Hammock outing, was good. Temperatures were a bit warmer than expected and there was a light rain Saturday mourning. We could only stay the one night but we were glad we were able to get out. It looked like a pretty good turnout for the hang, I wish we could have done both nights.

Nuke of Hazard and I did some trail trimming on our way out and cleared the Pat's island to hidden lake pond trail. Good times. The next time I make that hike at night it will be smooth sailing.
Nuke was busy this weekend. He took the time to help the wife and I set up our hammocks and get situated.

Had a great time. It was nice to finally meet y'all, put some faces to names. Just wish I could have spent more time there. One night was not enough, but better than none!
Thanks for the trail work Nuke and Lifescout! I was wishing I had packed a machete when I hiked out myself.
