    Not quite 6' 1". I like the lay of this longer hammock vs my shorter GTUL and previous DIY (somewhere between 9.5 & 10ft don't recall right off).

    I am making a hammock at the moment and will try adding the top cover with touch and close fastener. Hope that helps.

    Wait till you make an 11+ footer hammock. It's like night and day for comfort.

    Oh, thats easy - top cover is the same as a bugnet as far as construction goes.
