Today I received a package from hammock gear. Inside was the shock cord, tool to thread it through the channel, Cuban fiber stuff sack, and a couple extra suspension hooks. Thanks to hammock gear for the unnecessary extras! This expierience would not prevent me from ordering from hammock gear again. Mistakes happen and I'm glad this one has been taken care of. I'll be sleeping nice and warm in the hammock tonight!
Glad it turned out great for you. A positive turn of events from an otherwise aggravating situation.
Overall rating? TBD. But better than commercial any day.
