    Dutchware Quality?

I recently bought some Dutch gear. I was a little shocked about the appearance of the edges of it all especially the clips. The edges are all very unevenly sanded with a few inner edges still sharp.

I ordered because all of the acclaim here and expected a little more considering the prices.

Does anyone else have this view or am I being too picky?

Shoot Dutch some pics with your questions.

He'd be more concerned, than even you believe yourself to be, should this actually pose an issue.

Send me a pm and I will make sure this is right. If parts are going out with sub standard quality I want to know and fix it immediately.

Take them to a local rock shop and get them tumbled. Or buy a cheap tumbler on e-bay.

Everything I have ordered from Dutch has been exceptional in quality and function. His customer service is 2nd to none not only in this industry, but any other I have had to do with over the years.

When I have had any questions or concerns concerning any of the gear I have either purchased or am considering purchasing, I have always contacted the vendor directly and have been very pleased with the rapid response to either email or phone call and the speed with which my questions were answered and/or concerns addressed.

I am super impressed that Dutch responded to your post within 7 minutes. Try getting that kind of response time from any of the major outdoor gear manufacturers.

    Two thumbs up for Dutch!

I hope I didn't come off as trying to slam Dutch. I should have contacted him directly. Obviously is genuinely cares about his product and that's why I spend as much of my money as possible with small vendors.

In my head I didn't want to bother him until I knew that it wasn't just me being too picky about the quality.
